The room is well-equipped with all necessary requirements including a well set up kitchenette, also they can offer wake-up service.

situation. aparthotel is central enough to enjoy the biggest area of atmosphere, historical center and main services of the city, from a quiet and pleasant area, without being the busiest area. aparthotel had everything necessary, bathroom and kitchen were fully equipped: toiletries, hair dryer, kitchenware sufficient for guests in the room, coffee maker, scouring pad and chamois.
The apartment hotel met all our expectations. Any detail that could have been improved (for example, the arrangement of a blanket) was solved on the spot, as the staff attended to all our needs in a very satisfactory manner. Perhaps the only "negative" aspect was the view, as it overlooked an inner courtyard. Even so, it was quite bright (we were on the sixth floor).

The location because of its easy access by car is still the best.
This is the third weekly stay at Apartahotel Campus *** and therefore I have received a new apartment, different from the previous ones. I note that this apartment differs in nuances from the previous ones. The one assigned on this occasion is somewhat smaller, the kitchen oozes a strong, penetrating smell of spices, the wooden parquet floor is faded and needs urgent cleaning and repair. A sleepy guest in the room opposite disturbed my sleep at dawn. This was resolved to the satisfaction of the hotel by putting this guest out on the street for improper conduct with other guests and hotel staff. The expensive parking offered by the hotel is still a stumbling block because of the enormous difficulties of parking in the afternoon when I return from work.

The size of the apartments at Aparthotel Campus was impressive, with a spacious lounge and bedroom. The modern TVs and comfortable beds added to the overall comfort of the stay. Despite the noise from doors opening and closing at night, the location made it easy to access the center of Oviedo. The helpful staff and well-equipped kitchen were also notable. I would recommend this hotel for its value for money and convenient location.

Studio in good condition with a small kitchenette with microwave, fridge, two-burner hob, some kitchenware with Italian coffee maker, and washing up equipment: soap, dishcloth and a cloth (the accommodation does not include the cleaning of the kitchenware, it is paid separately). The rest, like a hotel room, with a fairly comfortable 1.50m bed, a circular glass table and two padded chairs with back and arms. Complete bathroom with gel dispenser in the bathtub and complimentary toiletries. The heating is pleasant and there is no need to touch the thermostat to regulate it. Attentive and non-intrusive staff. Daily cleaning.
The room is a little dark for general use (it was indoor); it would be better with a little more light: some zenithal point with some power. A small sofa, or armchair, wouldn't be bad either, so that you can stay in the room for a while without having to sit on the chairs or lie on the bed.

situation is great for walking to the center of Oviedo. room is very spacious and kitchenware covers perfectly the needs to spend comfortably the stay without having to waste on meals being able to prepare in the aparthotel anything. It has good communication and cleaning is great. Wifi with a stable and powerful connection. The room is soundproofed and hardly any outside noise comes in.
I didn't find the bed at all comfortable. It was very worn out and I slept pretty badly. You could see the springs and I was worn out. In fact, it's been a while since I've seen one so used. You must take care of these details, because if you go to a hotel is to rest, and taking into account that you spent between 7 and 8 hours in bed, must be impeccable with its mattress in perfect condition and I do not say new, but at least not this sunken . In my case, I touch the 607 I recommend that they throw it. It's the only thing I can do. The rest I thought was great.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable considering the quality of the facilities and services provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I especially loved the kitchenette, which came with all the necessary requirements for cooking. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was conveniently situated right by a busy crossroads, providing easy access to the motorway for those planning to explore the coast.
Everything was just perfect.

clean and wide. All three stars are correct. comfortable to have a small kitchen inside (it has household items for the just and necessary, there are also scourers and dishwasher products). garbage is collected by the cleaning people. In spite of being at the entrance/exit of the city, you do not notice much the noise of the vehicles, glasses of the windows are thick. bed is comfortable. It has a big space of closets. Nearby there are supermarkets, cafeterias, parks, shops. hotel allows dogs, on the notice board they are offered to take care of them or walk them when their owners cannot. hotel has an agreement with a parking lot about 100 meters away, price is 9 euros per night. I recommend it, I would repeat it.
Pillows too low for our taste. the spare ones, blankets, we saw them last day by chance, because they were in the TV cabinet, instead of being inside the closets.

The bed was one of the most comfortable I've tried in a hotel, we slept perfectly. The location of the hotel was very, very good, we had the center at 3 - 4 minutes walking. The perfect cleanliness.
facilities are beginning to be too old (the kitchen needs urgent renovation), it is lacking in utensils (everything was very scarce), many of them were in poor condition (the cutting board was burnt). It is missed that instead of chairs there were armchairs, at least padded chairs, not the upholstered TABLES where we had to sit to eat or watch TV, it was VERY COMFORTABLE. At the end of the meal we had to sit on the bed and TV was too far away from the view. Lousy WiFi connection, there were times when I was disconnected because the signal was not reaching and when I realized I was using my mobile data instead of the hotel WiFi.. Parking too expensive (11. 95? per day), I think it's a joke that they charge that amount to guests.

The location is excellent and perfect in an excellent area. Close enough to everything you'd want to visit in Oviedo, like the pre-romanesque church, fountain, and bus station.- Don't forget to explore the La Corredoria y Ventanielles district.

Perfect size for 3. walking distance to everything. Clean and airy
Kitchen vent did not vent to outside - hard to cook without smells getting into the entire room

Very close to University Campus and City Centre. Also good base for this part of Spain
Underground carpark is extremely tight - there is not a lot of room to manouver a car - especially a large one - we were lucky that there was another coming towards us - also car park charges are expensive

Staying in the heart of the city is every traveler's dream. You are lucky if you can find a place to stay in the middle of all the excitement. the hotel I stayed in was located within walking distance to the city center which was quite convenient. the buffet breakfast provided us with plenty of options to start our day and the helpful staff was always available to cater to our needs. the apartment was spacious and well-maintained, with a lovely terrace that gave us a stunning view of the city.
The noise from the busy street nearby, but the central location made it a worthy compromise.

The property was clean with friendly multilingual and decent staff. Incredible very central location so close to downtown, the university, bus stops, taxi, supermarkets.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
